Smallgoods is a term used in New Zealand and Australia to refer to small meat products such as bacon, ham, sausages or salami. Typically these meats are cured, dried, fermented and/or smoked. These also are usually distinctive
of antipasti and commonly associated with charcuterie or salumi.
PLEASE NOTE: Many of our smallgoods products require a period of weeks & months to prepare & cure. Due to this we will label each item with a date when that the product will be available. This allows for a "pre-order" option to reserve these products.
